The schedule is set. Groups rotate between environments. The educator knows what will happen, the children know what will happen. That is how equity is built in practice.

The film shows the session. The educator leads the group.
Educator → screen → children → activity. The film carries the content and maintains the same quality every day. The educator is present and meets the children — not an instructor.
